We provide live DJ performance services for weddings and corporate events ("Services"). All Services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through our Website or by contacting us directly.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Booking Process: Bookings are confirmed only after we receive a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit.

2.2. Payments: Full payment is due no later than 14 days before the scheduled event. Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other options specified during the booking process.

2.3. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation and Refund policies are covered in the contract agreement. 

2.4. Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. User Obligations

3.1. You must provide accurate and complete information when booking our Services.

3.2. You are responsible for ensuring that the event venue meets our technical requirements, which will be provided upon booking confirmation.

3.3. You agree to treat our staff with professionalism and respect during the event.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and audio-visual materials, is owned by or licensed to The Jocks and is protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Jocks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

5.2. Our liability for any claim related to our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.

5.3. We are not responsible for delays or failures due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, or acts of God).
